GAH.... This dress is very much a representation of the kind of stuff I can't live without--graphic prints on soft fabric. This is why I am obsessed with collecting mumus, because they have a plethora of different wacky patterns on them, and if you lurk around the D.I. long enough, you find some GREAT ones. Recently I found a black one with white graphic patterns on it reminiscent of flying saucers... I LOVE it. However, mumus aren't EXACTLY flattering, so that's where my multitude of wide, strong belts come in. You have to have shape, right? And they are great for an expanding and contracting waistline. I have yet to fix the unflattering arms, though... they seriously need help in that area.
However, I have never been able to understand jeans... I RARELY see them looking flattering on ANYONE; and yes, they do go with just about everything, but they're SOOOO uncomfortable for me... especially if I've been indulging on sugar a bit too much. Plus, I guess it's just the strange artist in me, but I don't get wanting to look like everybody else. So.... benefits? What do YOU like about jeans??

Well I for one think you are CRAZY!! (but that's not a bad thing)
I'm pretty much the opposite in that don't think mumus look good on anyone and Jeans look GREAT on women! However not ALL jeans look great - you have to find the right type for you, because there are some that can look almost as bad as a mumu. I also like how there are currently so many styles of jeans that you can find one that fits your personality.
I love jeans, they are my "uniform". I feel odd when I am not wearing them. Granted I have no style, but I will admit I love my jeans
Interesting... I do admit I haven't looked for a good pair of jeans for YEARS, this could actually change my mind...
However, I probably won't lose the mumus (I knew you would wax passionately against them, BigA!!) :)
Jeans and me are still kindof fighting right now........maybe in 20 lbs we will talk to eachother again.....
